Winefare

Euro Strategies was initially asked to help this company with a new food and wine competition, ‘The Sweetest Chef in Town 1999’. The competition organised by James Rackham of Winefare and Claire Clark of the Association of Pastry Chefs challenged the skills of many of the leading pastry chefs to design a new dessert to accompany selected after-dinner wines and spirits. Euro Strategies achieved wide coverage in the national press as well as trade magazines. The overall winner was the pastry chef at St Andrew’s Hotel in Scotland who received his award at The Savoy Hotel, London.

Euro Strategies now works closely with Winefare and their retail arm AH Rackham organising tastings and workshops, press visits and launching new products (see Duché de Longueville press release).
